Diversity of all Stripes

When asked why she celebrates IPFW, staff member Gail Kieler had no trouble coming up with an answer: “Diversity!”

“The campus is home to all ages, all races, all creeds,” she explains. “Diversity creates a fun and interesting place to learn for students and employees, too. IPFW is rich with ideas and that’s a very good thing.”

“We offer an ideal education for people and facilitate them to engage the world,” says alumnus Kyaw T. Soe.

When students from around the world join us on campus, they find an open and welcoming university environment that’s prepared to assist them with the unique challenges of going to school abroad.

The Office of International Education provides invaluable resources to students coming to IPFW from across the globe by promoting cross-cultural awareness and providing venues for cultural, educational, and social events.

“IPFW gave me the opportunity to experience American campus life. A one-year student exchange program taught me a lot of important things in my life. I will never forget my time at IPFW,” says alumnus Sodam Kim.
